Field Service Representative - Entry Level Science Professional
| FSRs must be college graduates in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental Science or other allied Disciplines with a minimum of six semester hours in Chemistry. Candidates must be prepared to travel extensively throughout the continental USA, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean Islands, and South America. Days away from home can exceed 275 in a calendar year. FSR's must possess a background that will withstand the scrutiny of a vigorous investigation that is required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other U.S. Governmental agencies, as Ecolochem, Inc. serves these associated industries. Candidates must have a good driving record, must pass a basic chemistry and applicants test with an 80% or better, must undergo drug screening by urinalysis, police and credit checks, and must prove to be someone who would not present a risk in a security environment. |

| Candidates are employed as a full-time temporary employees (Field Service Technicians) for a period of training during which they are trained at the corporate Human Resources and Training Center and then are assigned to senior representatives in the field for on the job training. Following this period, these temporary FSTs attend our rigorous training school. Successful completion of the school is determined by the candidates' performance on the school's final examination. Only those who score 80% or better are retained and become full-time Field Service Representatives. |

| This position offers the professional opportunity to be technically and administratively involved in the provision of high purity water (in some cases, impurity levels are reduced to 5 parts per trillion) to numerous industrial users. There are opportunities for advancement into all areas within the firm. The extensive travel affords the employee the opportunity to see technical applications throughout many different geographical locations. Promotional opportunities allow the employee the opportunity to utilize their technical education throughout their career while holding managerial, marketing, engineering and technical positions. |

The FSR is compensated through a base salary and per diem. After 90 days of employment, the position offers full benefits including health, dental, prescription drug, disability and life insurance at a nominal charge to the employee. There is a charge for dependent coverage. There are eight paid holidays and the employee accrues two weeks vacation on the anniversary of their first year of full time employment. The FSR may also elect to enter the 401K and profit sharing retirement plans during the first quarter following their 90th day of service.
